Returns & Exchanges Policy

Although our sizing guide offers accurate measurements of our items, if you are unhappy about the fit of your items, we will gladly exchange them for you under the following conditions:

– We must be made aware of the problem within 3 days of delivery
– The items to be exchanged must be sent to us within 7 days of delivery
– The items are unworn, unwashed, not damaged & in the original state that it was delivered to you
– R99 collection fee and R99 delivery fee are paid (total = R198)
– We can NOT do exchanges on embroidery items

Please note that SCRUBOS is extremely strict on our exchange policies, and if the conditions are not met, we reserve the right not to exchange your items. Unfortunately, we do NOT offer refunds/returns on any items, and NO exchanges are allowed on items that are on sale.
