Can I order pants seperately?

Yes, you can order pants seperately. We do not recommend it though. We try our utmost best to ensure consistency in our material, but unfortunately we cannot always get the exact same colour and/or variety of our material from suppliers in South-Africa. When our customers order a set, we ensure that the pants and top is exactly the same. If you order pants seperately, we cannot guarantee that the colour of the pants will match perfectly with the colour of the top. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange these items if ordered seperately.

What is the return/exchange/refund policy?

Please request an exchange immediately if you’d like to exchange. Although our sizing guide offers accurate measurements of our items, if you are unhappy about the fit of your items, we will gladly exchange them for you under the following conditions:

  • We must be made aware of the problem within 3 days of delivery
  • The items to be exchanged must be sent to us within 7 days of delivery
  • The items are unworn, not damaged and in the original state that it was delivered to you
  • R99 collection fee and R99 delivery fee are paid (total = R198)
  • We can not do exchanges on embroidery items

Please note that SCRUBOS is extremely strict on our exchange policies and if the conditions are not met, we have the right to NOT exchange your items.

Unfortunately, we do not do any refunds/returns on ANY items and no exchanges are allowed on items on sale.

Do you have a sizing guide?

We do not want you to look like you’re wearing a bag! Therefore, our scrubs are not unisex. Our “Men” and “Ladies” scrubs differ as the ladies’ scrubs have a feminine cut that complements the body.

Our scrubs are not baggy and look neat and professional on all body types. Don’t worry if you’ve had a nice birthday dinner or just came back from holiday – our Frontrunner range has a spandex blend, making it stretchy, to ensure a good and comfortable fit.

How long will my product take to get here?

We pride ourself in fast delivery and get products out as soon as possible. We almost always have stock in all colours, and all sizes. Depending on stock levels, you can expect your delivery within 5-21 working days of purchase (excluding embroidery items). Embroidery items may take a little longer as we use a trusted third party for embroidery.


We make use of trusted courier services which ensures speedy delivery. We will send a shipping confirmation e-mail, with a tracking number, as soon as your package leaves our facility (with the courier service).
We try our best to ensure speedy service, but unfortunately cannot take responsibility for delayed courier services or any difficulties you may experience with the courier company.

There is rarely complaints about the courier, but if you experience any difficulty, we would like to know it so we can follow up on our side as well!

Do you do embroidery?

We make use of a third party for embroidery items. We offer our customers basic embroidery of 2 lines – name and occupation- at a rate of R50.00 per item. You can add this to your Top order.

We also offer logo embroidery. E-mail us at [email protected] if you’d like your logo to be embroidered. Logo embroidery works out at R65 per item, and has a minimum order quantity of 6 items if you want your logo to be embroidered.

We are a Proudly South African brand and make sure to manufacture in our amazing country to boost the economy and create more job opportunities! We manufacture our own clothing and our factory is based in Naboomspruit, Limpopo. Our scrubs are available to buy online. If you need to order for a team and need more accurate fitting, please email us to get info on our fitting ranges / representatives.

Sale Items

Sale orders are only valid for the period of the sale. Make sure your order is paid before the period end, as all unpaid order will be cancelled when the sale period ends.
Unfortunetly, no exchanges are allowed on sale items as we only have limited stock for sales and promotions and cannot guarantee that your required size is available.
The sale is ONLY valid for orders placed on our website, not via any other channel, unless otherwise specified.
